What's the minimum quantity for bulk buying or selling?
10+ units — that's our floor for both buying and reselling. There's no upper limit; we routinely handle lots of 50, 100, 500, or even 1,000+ units. For very large lots (500+), we send a senior buyer for on-site valuation.
Do you only buy working phones, or also damaged ones?
All conditions. We buy fully working phones, semi-working units, phones with cracked screens or damaged back glass, dead phones, water-damaged stock, and even for-parts devices. The condition just determines the price — we never reject a lot for being too damaged.
Which brands do you accept?

Yes — upfront cash on pickup. After we confirm the lot count and condition matches the photos/description you shared, we pay the agreed amount in full on the spot. No instalments, no "we'll pay after we resell" arrangements. Bank transfer is also available if preferred.
Do you offer pickup, or do I need to ship?
We pick up across India. For lots within Bangalore, our team comes within 24 hours. For other Indian cities, we coordinate logistics — typically 2–5 business days to reach you depending on city. Pickup is free of charge for lots of 10+ units.
