1. Agreement to Terms

By using Phone Dudes' mobile phone repair and technician services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Service Description

Phone Dudes provides professional mobile phone repair services including but not limited to:

  • Screen replacement
  • Battery replacement
  • Charging port repair
  • Software troubleshooting and unbricking
  • Phone lockout services
  • Water damage inspection
  • Data recovery and transfer
  • On-site diagnostic services

3. On-Site Assessment & Work Order

All services begin with an on-site or in-store assessment. Final pricing and repair scope will only be confirmed after our technician inspects the device.

The assessment includes:

  • Visual inspection of the device
  • Diagnostic testing
  • Identifying required parts and labour
  • Providing a repair estimate
  • Estimated timeline for completion

No repair work is started without customer approval.

4. Pricing & Payment

Repair pricing may include:

  • Visit / Service Fee (when applicable)
  • Labour Charges (based on standard rates)
  • Parts & Components (priced according to availability and market conditions)
  • Emergency Service Fee (for urgent, after-hours requests)

Payment is due immediately after service completion unless a prior agreement exists. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

5. Service Warranty

Phone Dudes provides:

  • 90-day warranty on labour
  • Parts warranty as per the manufacturer/supplier

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after repair
  • Water damage or liquid exposure
  • Software tampering or unauthorized modifications
  • Pre-existing issues not included in the work order

6. Liability Limitations

Phone Dudes' liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data or personal files
  • Third-party repairs or tampering
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by part availability
  • Issues unrelated to the approved work order

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about device issues
  • Back up important data before giving the device for repair
  • Ensure the technician has safe access to the location (for on-site repairs)
  • Approve or decline repair charges
  • Make timely payment for services

8. Safety & Compliance

Technicians follow safety standards while performing repairs. Customers must maintain a safe environment during on-site service (adequate lighting, stable working area, etc.).

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service at least 1 hour before the appointment without charges. Last-minute cancellations may incur a standard service fee.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our Services or these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith communication. Unresolved matters may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per local laws.

11. Service Area

Phone Dudes provides mobile repair services across Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard radius.

12. Changes to Terms

Phone Dudes may update these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
