Opening the iPhone 16
Opens from the rear glass (back, battery, USB-C access — the iPhone 16 uses a redesigned, electrically-released battery adhesive) or the front display. For screen work: remove the two pentalobe screws, heat the edges, lift the OLED from the bottom, hinging open on the right. Disconnect the battery first.
