Opening the OnePlus 13
- Heat the rear glass to soften adhesive.
- Lift the back cover with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the wireless-charging/NFC flex.
- Remove shields and disconnect the battery first.
Display Replacement
The curved LTPO AMOLED + digitizer (with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor bonded beneath) is a fused, frame-bonded assembly; most repairs use a display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz.
Fingerprint Calibration
The OnePlus 13 uses a larger ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Unlike optical sensors it reads a 3D ultrasonic map, but a display replacement still requires re-pairing and calibrating the sensor to the new panel before fingerprints are re-enrolled — otherwise unlocks are slow or rejected. This calibration is included in every OnePlus 13 screen repair.
Battery Replacement
The 13 uses a dual-cell silicon battery for 100W charging. Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). Use genuine-grade cells. Fit without bending and re-seal with fresh gaskets.
Charging Port (USB-C) Repair
The USB-C port is on a lower daughterboard. Clean first; replace the sub-board if charging fails.
Rear Glass Replacement
