Opening the Poco X5 Pro 5G
- Heat the rear cover to soften adhesive.
- Lift the back cover with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the antenna flex.
- Remove shields and disconnect the battery first.
Display Replacement
The AMOLED + digitizer is a fused assembly; repairs use a display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz. There is no in-display fingerprint to align.
Side Fingerprint / Power Button
The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button on the frame. If replaced, reconnect the button flex and re-enrol the fingerprint — no optical calibration is required.
