Opening the Poco X7 Pro
- Heat the rear cover to soften adhesive.
- Lift the back cover with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the NFC/antenna flex.

Display Replacement
The AMOLED + digitizer (with the in-display fingerprint) is a fused assembly; repairs use a display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz.
Fingerprint Calibration
After any display replacement the in-display optical fingerprint sensor must be re-calibrated. The sensor sits under the AMOLED, so a new panel changes the optical path — we run the Xiaomi/Poco calibration routine to align the sensor to the new screen, then re-enrol fingerprints. Without calibration, unlocks become slow or fail, so this step is included in every X7 Pro screen repair.
Battery Replacement
Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). The 6550mAh cell is large — fit without bending and re-seal with fresh gaskets.

The USB-C port is on a lower daughterboard. Clean first; replace the sub-board if 90W charging fails.
