Opening the Realme C25s
- Heat the rear cover to soften adhesive.
- Lift the plastic back with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the rear fingerprint and antenna flex.
- Remove shields and disconnect the battery first.
Display Replacement
The C25s uses a fused LCD + digitizer assembly; repairs use a panel or display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch.

Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). The large 6000mAh cell needs even handling — never bend it. Fit and re-seal.
