Safety First
Power off, discharge below 25%, remove the SIM tray, ESD protection. Use even, controlled heat on the AMOLED.
Opening the Realme P1
- Heat the rear cover to soften adhesive.
- Lift the plastic back with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the antenna flex.
- Remove shields and disconnect the battery first.
Display Replacement
The AMOLED + digitizer is a fused assembly; repairs use a panel or display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz.
Battery Replacement
Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). Fit the replacement without bending and re-seal.
