Opening the Vivo T3 5G
- Heat the rear cover to soften adhesive.
- Lift the back cover with a suction cup and pick around the edges.
- Disconnect the NFC/antenna flex.
- Remove shields and disconnect the battery first.
Display Replacement
The AMOLED + digitizer (with the in-display fingerprint) is a fused assembly; repairs use a display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz.
Fingerprint Calibration
After any display replacement the in-display optical fingerprint sensor must be re-calibrated. The sensor sits under the AMOLED, so a new panel changes the optical path — we run the Vivo calibration routine to align the sensor to the new screen, then re-enrol fingerprints. Without calibration, unlocks become slow or fail, so this step is included in every T3 screen repair.

Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). Fit the replacement without bending and re-seal.
