Opening the iPhone 17
Opens from the rear glass (back, battery, USB-C — uses the electrically-released battery adhesive) or the front display. For screen work: remove the two pentalobe screws, heat the edges, lift the OLED from the bottom, hinging open on the right. Disconnect the battery first.
