Opening the iPhone 17 Pro
With the aluminium unibody, primary service access is through the front display. Remove the two pentalobe screws, heat the edges, lift the OLED from the bottom, hinging open on the right. Disconnect the battery first. The rear MagSafe glass insert is serviced separately.
Display Replacement
