Opening the OnePlus 10 Pro
- Heat the rear glass to soften adhesive.
- Lift the back cover with a suction cup and pick around the edges.

Display Replacement
The curved LTPO2 Fluid AMOLED + digitizer (with the in-display fingerprint) is a fused, frame-bonded assembly; most repairs use a display-with-frame service part. Seat with fresh adhesive and verify touch and 120Hz.
Fingerprint Calibration
After any display replacement the in-display optical fingerprint sensor must be re-calibrated. We run the OnePlus calibration routine to align the sensor to the new curved panel, then re-enrol fingerprints. Battery Replacement
The 10 Pro uses a dual-cell battery for 80W charging. Disconnect the battery connector and ease out the adhesive pull-tabs (or apply isopropyl alcohol). Use genuine-grade cells. Fit without bending and re-seal; reseat thermal pads.
Charging Port (USB-C) Repair
The USB-C port is on a lower daughterboard. Clean first; replace the sub-board if charging fails.
Rear Glass Replacement
